United Way has a long history of working collaboratively to make a difference in the communities where we live, work, and play.
National Bank of Canada
Early in the pandemic, National Bank recognized the pressures COVID-19 puts on vulnerable kids. Their leadership team approached United Way about how they could make a difference.
Move for Youth was created as a way for the community to come together and show up for kids when they needed us most.
RBC leverages United Way-led community wide initiatives like Hire Immigrants Ottawa (HIO), the Employment Accessibility Resource Network (EARN), and the Indigenous Employment Leadership Advisory Table to recruit, retain, and empower people from diverse backgrounds and abilities within their workforce.
