Leading change across our region
Leadership level donors are ready to make a difference, willing to set a powerful example and become part of the solution to our communities’ complex social issues. These leaders, giving $1,200-$4,999 annually, are passionate about leaving their mark and creating lasting change across Prescott-Russell, Ottawa, Lanark County, and Renfrew County.
There’s nothing more rewarding than knowing your donation is going even farther to help your neighbours in need. Don’t just take our word for it. We asked United Way donor Douglas Yeo why he chooses leadership giving:
United Way East Ontario addresses many local needs and responds in times of crisis. I’ve been grateful to help a bit with United Way East Ontario through their Community Response Tables and Community Impact Cabinet meetings to see first-hand the support that is needed amongst those most vulnerable in our communities.
We should all be doing what we can, in terms of time, in terms of money, to help those around us. If you have the means, leadership giving is such a meaningful way to make a difference. I'm proud to say I'm a United Way East Ontario leadership donor.”
