A toast to four wonderful years!

2 MIN READ
If you’ve attended GenNext Ottawa’s event over the past few years, you’ve probably come to expect to taste one of Top Shelf Distillers’ delicious, custom cocktails.

This local company, based in Perth, came on board as a United Way/GenNext Ottawa partner at Schmoozefest 2016 and has remained a beloved fixture ever since.

The company’s partnership means that United Way East Ontario and GenNext Ottawa can invest even more into our community to support vulnerable people through the Youth Mental Health, Social Enterprise, and Path to Pride GenNext Giving Circles.

Take a look at what Top Shelf Distillers has to say about our partnership:

“What United Way East Ontario & GenNext accomplish through their events is something special. They bring together young entrepreneurs, community builders, philanthropists & change makers and provide them with a space to grow and help one another while facilitating the means to help those less fortunate as a collective.

When it comes to partnerships, we seek out dynamic charities, fundraisers and not-for-profits that aim to do the most good possible with their resources. #Schmoozefest 2019 marked our fourth anniversary as a partner of GenNext Ottawa & United Way East Ontario and we could not be more proud to work with such an incredible, impactful organization.”

Thank you, Top Shelf, for your continued commitment to supporting our community. Whether that’s through generous donations of your product or services or simply giving GenNexters something to look forward to when they come together—we appreciate that you’re a part of our team and can’t wait for the years to come!

“…With everything that we do we believe in challenging the status quo. We make spirits and we do it with purpose. We believe that the sale of our spirits should fuel an undeniably positive impact.”

This holiday season, let’s tackle our toughest social issues together.

Poverty. Homelessness. Mental health. Social isolation. These challenges can feel overwhelming, but you can move the needle on all of them at once with a donation to United Way.
