Many kids are having a hard time keeping up in school. In low-income and rural communities, it can be hard to get stable internet, reliable transportation, and affordable after-school programs–causing a sharp divide between youth in different communities.
Your support will:
- Improve access to after-school programs, homework clubs, and summer camps for kids in low-income neighbourhoods.
- Ensure parents and their kids get mental health and substance use counselling when they need it.
- Provide youth and families facing homelessness with education, personal, and employment supports.
- Strengthen youth mentorship and peer support programs.
