Tim Macmillan

President and CEO of CVE Inc.  

Tim Macmillan is the President and CEO of CVE Inc., a Canadian disability management organization specializing in vocational rehabilitation, disability assessment, workplace accommodation, and employment services. He is also the CEO of Ability360 Solutions Inc., an online learning platform focused on accessible education, inclusion, and supporting organizations in developing more inclusive and accessible workplaces. With over 26 years of experience, Tim has dedicated his career to helping individuals overcome barriers, achieve meaningful employment, and successfully participate within their communities.

Throughout his career, Tim has worked with individuals, employers, community organizations, and stakeholders across Ontario to promote accessibility, inclusion, and equitable employment opportunities. He takes great pride in championing employers who recognize the value of inclusive workplaces and who are committed to creating environments where individuals of all abilities are supported, respected, and provided with opportunities to succeed. Through CVE Inc. and Ability360 Solutions Inc., Tim continues to focus on removing barriers, building awareness, and creating practical solutions that support both individuals and organizations.

Tim’s work has also provided him with the privilege of developing relationships and learning from various Indigenous communities throughout Ontario. He is especially humbled by the teachings, perspectives, and experiences shared through these relationships and recognizes the importance of listening, respect, collaboration, and supporting community-led approaches to inclusion and opportunity.

As a leader, Tim believes that strong communities are built through connection, partnership, and a shared commitment to ensuring everyone has the opportunity to contribute. He is passionate about bringing people together, creating meaningful change, and supporting communities where individuals are recognized for their strengths, abilities, and potential.
