By subscribing to United Way East Ontario’s newsletter between September 1, 2025 and October 20, 2025, you will be automatically entered for a chance to win a gift card from one of the Platinum Restaurants participating in The Ultimate Burger Battle. 

Eligibility: This contest is open to legal residents of Ontario who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Limit of one (1) entry per person and per email address. Only new newsletter subscribers are eligible. 

How to Enter: Subscribe to United Way East Ontario’s email newsletter during the contest period. No purchase necessary. 

Contest Period: The contest opens at 12:00 AM on September 1, 2025, and closes at 11:59 PM on October 26, 2025. All times are Eastern Time (ET). 

Prize and Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The draw will take place after the contest closes, and the winner will be contacted by email within seven (7) business days following the draw. If the selected winner does not respond within five (5) business days, another eligible entry may be randomly selected. 

Additional Terms: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded; no cash equivalent will be provided.
