From hotel chef to community cooking, after opening three restaurants and two hotels Chef Stephen La Salle now crafts meals (including burgers) for marginalized Ottawans. Restaurant life for chef is now enjoying burgers all November long but a passion for food remains, especially ensuring access to food for all!
