Frank Bilodeau is District Vice President, Ottawa and West Quebec for Scotiabank. Frank is responsible for 29 Scotiabank branches in the National Capital Region. With over 19 years of service at Scotiabank, Frank is considered a key person within the organization. A native of Timmins, Ontario, Frank started his career with Scotiabank in Sudbury and has worked in several regions of Ontario and most recently Quebec taking on roles of increasing importance over the years.
Frank earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Sir Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario and also achieved the Financial Management Advisor designation through the Canadian Securities Institute. He enjoys working in a team environment and sharing ideas to achieve common goals.
Being involved in the community is of great importance to Frank. He is a proud member of the RGA and the Chamber of Commerce of Gatineau. Frank won the prestigious Manager of the Year Award in 2010 with the Gatineau Chamber of Commerce. Frank’s contributions to the economic and social development of our great city are well known. Frank has been actively involved in various fundraising campaigns including Centraide Outaouais, as Campaign Chair (2009), the ABFRO, Honorary President for the Month of Autism and Walk for Autism, a friend of the Foundation CSSSG, and a key person with Ottawa Senators Foundation. Frank has held seats on several boards throughout Ottawa/Gatineau including: RGA, UQO and is involved with Moisson Outaouais, Outaouais Hockey Foundation, the University of Quebec in Outaouais and home Matthiew Fromant-Savoie.
